About Me

Kelsea Pacson

My name is Kelsea, a self taught baker who has a passion towards pastries. Baking has been a hobby of mine ever since I was a child. The decision to pursue this business began from my job at the time, Creative bag. I gained so much inspiration and encouragement from other small businesses to do the same. I am obsessed with the french cuisine, so specializing in macarons was very clear to me.

Even though I went to school for a completely different program, I believe that this is my path.

No matter the difficulty level, I have challenged myself to try and perfect each recipe.

When I'm not in the kitchen, I am assisting my father with his business' or at the gym,

training with my personal trainer.

Below are the links to my father's buisnesses,

check them out!
