About Me

Kelsea Pacson

Hello!

My name is Kelsea, a self taught baker who has a passion towards pastries. I am currently enrolled in the Baking and Pastry Program at Humber College to expand my knowledge in pastries in hopes to bring more to this business! I've had the pleasure to study abroad in Europe to experience and learn more on the history of pastries.

Aside from baking in the kitchen, my main hobbies are weight lifting and trying new foods.

Store the macarons in an airtight container and leave in the fridge. Give  15 - 20 minutes in a controlled temperature room to thaw before serving.

Outdoor and humid areas may cause the filling in the macarons to melt.

*Be cautious at outdoor events and direct sunlight*

Do you offer shipping?

Unfortunately no.

The cost of shipping is too high and since macarons are so fragile, it would not be worth it.

We would hate for someone to pay so much for some broken macarons.
